The purpose of the Young Marines is to provide an organized program devoted to the development of character and physical fitness in the young people of America, as exemplified by the United States Marine Corps. Youth membership consists of boys and girls between 8 and 18, who have not graduated from high school.

As a unit, we will be active with social and civic functions, such as parades, Toys For Tots, the Marine Corps birthday ball, ceremonies, and park clean up duties. The Young Marines Enjoy a multitude of other fun and interesting activities.

We are in uniform and insist upon military grooming, discipline, care of self, and equipment.

The training schedule, of the Young Marines, serve to develop the mental, moral, and physical character. Weekly meetings include classroom and outdoor activities.
