This is an animated gif of a national flag. There is, however, something incorrect about it. Hidden on this page is the answer. If you can work it out yourself, well done! You should be proud of yourself!
ANSWER: the flag is that of Iraq. The text across the middle reads "God is Great" in Arabic. Arabic text is read from right to left, and thus the hoist for the flag should come on the right. This one, however, shows the flagpole on the left... which is wrong!
