| So, just what is wrong with this picture??? Our governments have stockpiled "bio-weapons" which came out of the ignorance and desperation of the "Cold War" which was itself a product of a nuclear arms race. Of course it all started with Hitler and his Third Reich seige in defense of Germany. We won't even start down that deconstructionist, loaded road, full of the landmines of hatred and etched with lesions of misguided science. What a shame, and we are such a beautiful creation... Now we are being attacked, whether from within or without we do not know, by a mere wisp of weapons-grade Anthrax spores, apparently from our own military stockpile. Of course, it is possible that some evil and clever miscreant has just mimicked our own stock so as to add extra irony to the message he sends. By the way, what is that message??? And who is it from??? Whoever you are, we are sorry you were weaned too early or too late, or whatever it is that has compelled you to such inhuman acts of hatred against the innocent. Now let us begin to do something about these horrors we have let exist in our midst, trusting the government to be a sort of God to us, protecting us from evil and now walking with us through the Valley of the Shadow of Death. Reality demands a level of urgency akin to this-- WAKE UP AND PISS THE WORLD IS ON FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let us begin with realistic, life-affirming global initiatives to back away slowly from the absurdity of weapons of mass destruction, particularly the use of biologicals and chemicals.
