Protoss vs. zerg Early in this match protoss can be very tough because of their zealots and cannons. The trick here is to take advantage of that as much as you can ealry. Even if you have to cannon rush. Don't take too much time on your cannons cause a good zerg player will like that. When he finnally gets all his hydras upgraded and trust me it doesn't take long at all. He will slaughter his hydras and break your defence easy. If your not the type of player to depend on cannons watch out for lurkers in your main early in the game. Some times they just sneak in their unnoticed. So try to atleast make some in front and by your main it will save you. Too beat zerg you have to make High Templars or reevers to work with your ground units. If you don't well in a producing battle whoever makes the most units will win wich is zerg. So you need more power behind you if you plan on going ground. It's also good to go DT's and corsair on zerg if they go mostly hydras. Cause all you have to do is take out the ovies in battle. Carriers can also be good against zerg if you have good defence. Cause you will have to get in his base to cause more damge with carriers. Never sit there and fight with carriers cause hydras in swarm will tear them up, oh and plaque will ruin all your carriers completely so watch it. Scourge can also be devastating to your carriers so you might want to send some corsair if you like going carriers for more support. Alot of zerg players love to get lurkers up front their base for defence. Then when the enemies come they cover them with darkswarm. This can be awsome defence one of the hardest to get through if they have 12+ lurkers. To get through this defence you will need high templars, reevers or DT's. High Templars is highly recammended. But you can only use DT's in this situation if you take out his overlords. Guardians can be a reall problem for your ground units if they don't have air support, so make sure you always have corsair when you play protoss its a must. If they don't have guardians you can always just go kill some overlords or use their disruption web to stop a bunch of hydras killing your cannons. One thing that protoss really is good for is making reever drops on peoples main. Most of the time this will get you the win. So it's a good thing to keep in mind. Recall, another good thing about protoss. Even better than a drop cause your units will be cloaked.
