Repeat  the first side, then move into extended right angle this time putting your hand in front of the right knee and isometrically pushing back . This is a subtle firmness to give support so the inner thigh can lengthen as you continue to feel the rotation in the right hip joint and stretch the left arm overhead by your ear to lengthen the whole left side.












Bring your feet hip distance apart and stand still.  Then come into child's pose for a few breaths and rest.
Stretch your arms forward and gently lift the chest on the wave of inhale, settling down with the exhale.

Feel the wave of energy rising up, in and over you with each breath
