Hatha yoga is an exquisite form of bodywork that eliminates the residue that has become lodged in your tissues.

Yoga is not a religion but an ancient science, philosophy, art andlifestyle.

Yoga asanas (postures) have been popularly used for longevity, beauty, and physical therapy.

Hatha yoga was originally intended as a means to still your body through the asanas and quiet your mind with deep breathing practices. The postures and breathing help eliminate distraction while seated in the presence of God as pure prayer

Yoga helps you:

· Cast aside mental burdens.

· Strengthen your willpower.

· Cope with changes in your life.

· Release emotional tension.

· Conquer negativity.

· Free blocked energy for use in more constructive ways.

· Set personal goals for improvement.

May you relax and
cast aside all mental burdens.

May you  let go of what
you cannot control  in order to
bring into harmony the
energy of your body & mind.

May you  learn to release
strong new patterns of
positive energy.

May you open yourself to
creative healthy solutions.

TRANSFORMATION

        Y      - You

        O      - Ought to

        G      - Get

        A      - Aware

Yoga helps you become aware of the dimensions of yourself that you are not tuned in to, such as, breath, energy, mind, and body.

Awareness of these areas is the “window of life”,  the path to transformation.

Transforming negative addictions or habits is a daily, lifelong process. Heightened awareness provides an opportunity to stretch not only your body, but also your self-perceived limits.

The indwelling God sees you as limitless perfection already, and if you can realize such perfection without the interference of pride and competition, you will be on the path to healing
