Class Descriptions
Moms and Babies - 6 weeks until crawling

This class is a beautiful way to relax and bond with your baby.  This class includes stretching and strengthening for mom and baby, proper breathing for mothers, yoga poses for the moms that incorporate the baby in games and activities, and yoga and gentle massage to calm and soothe your little one.

Moms and Tots/Preschoolers - 2 yrs to 4 yrs

This is a fun, creative class designed to introduce yoga to your toddler, using games, songs, dancing and imagination.  Toddlers create and imitate yoga poses that look like animals, move and dance to music, sing songs, and explore their bodies and minds through play.

Kids Yoga - 5-8 yrs

This class is similar to the preschool class but without the presence of the parent.  Your child will start to learn to be more independent, and we will introduce more aspects of yoga including meditation, and creative visualization. 

Kids Yoga - 9-12 yrs

As your child grows a little older we maintain the fun and creativity of the kids yoga class, but start to introduce more education about the body and how it works,and take your child a little deeper into exploration of yoga asana, meditation and creative visualisation.

Yoga for Girls - 10-16yrs

This class helps girls to deal with their daily challenges as they start to move from childhood into adulthood.  They learn to become more aware of their bodies, and learn how to love their body as it changes. They will explore energy work, meditation, creative visualisation, and build healthy and strong bodies, minds and spirits.
