Class Format

This form of yoga is powerful because it works on both the glandular and nervous systems. It is simple to understand and do, all types of people and body
types and fitness levels can benefit from it. The physical exercises were designed to give you a deeper experience
of yourself, so that a person can live a more focused and relaxed life with greater health and clarity.

In fact, this style of yoga is called the householder's path and is designed for people who lead busy lives.

The main "kriya" (set of Kundalini Yoga exercises) begins. Click here for some common yoga sets. Each exercise usually lasts from 3 to 7 minutes. The kriya will rejuvenate a component of your mind / body / spiritual system. It could be a particular muscle group, your glandular system, nervous system, organs or your mind. At the end of the kriya you will be consolidated into a new and healthier physical and mental state.

Deep relaxation
follows the kriya. In Kundalini Yoga it is as important to relax as it is to move the body. This is when your body is able to integrate the positions you have just practiced and heal itself.

Meditation. Your body will be transformed as a result of the kriya. Your mind and emotions will now become calm and clear by directing your attention. During Meditation you will sense and develop your "quiet mind" and your ability to concentrate. Click here to learn a few simple meditations for your prosperity.

Closing. After loosening the muscles and clearing the mind, we close class with the following positive affirmation:
"May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, Guide your way on."
