Rules and Conditons

1. No sueing the lima bean. In case you managesd to dance through and around all my disclaimers here is one for ya!

If you are affiliated with any government organization or any anti-piracy organization/related group you are not permitted to proceed to the following web pages or access any of the files on this site. (Affiliation includes but is not limited to both employees and former employees.) 2. PLEASE NOTE!!! SOME TITLES MAY NOT BE AVAILIBLE!!!! I DO LOAN ANIME OUT TO MY FRIENDS WHO DO NOT ALWAYS RETURN STUFF RIGHT AWAY...OR EVER!!! (You'd ~THINK~ I'd learn...) PLEASE be forgiving and patient! As much as you want that title, I want my anime back!

3. I DO NOT WANT TO TRADE VHS ANYMORE!!! My vcrs keep breaking down and I don't like to have to keep replacing them. Under some FREAKISH CIRCUMSTANCE I MAY make an exception however be warned, if you request all of Salyers Try I will probably turn you down. Sorry!

4. NO BLOODY SILVER CDS!!!! If you are not sure what this means and implies let me be specific. You know those CDRS you see in stores all the time that are really cheap in price? You know, like 100 for a nickle or something? There is a reason. They scratch if you look at them! I don't want them or use them! In my trades I use TDK disks. I have never had a complaint. Now, if you are giving me EXRTA disks, far be it for me to nag your gift. But if the disk apply for the trade and you send me SILVER DISKS I will put you on my bad traders list!

5. If you want to trade with me, unless I know you, YOU SEND FIRST. This is a standard rule across the 'net and I get ripped off often enough. How can you trust me? Well, you really can't but I can probably supply you with some refernces if you want with people I've traded with in the past. I use TDK HS 6 hour VHS tapes and TDK CDs. (I shop at Costco.) If there is a specfic brand you need, let me know before we agree to trade, okay?

6. If there is a problem with your disks (which has never happened however my friend is going through this now) you have ONE WEEK to bring it up. If you wait three years or something and email me saying that I sent you Noir episodes 1-3 but you wanted Saint Tail 1-796766833.5 I am going to reply to your email with the internet phrase "Lol". Oh, and in this case I do NOT mean "laughing out loud".

7. I save every tade/request email message I get and every trade/request AIM I have for one year. Just for your information.

I'll email you back regardless with a yea or nea. CDs get sent out faster than tpaes because I already have correct postage and packing supplies at home.

Oh! I had this happen in a past trade and I think it works very well! DO NOT SEND CASES (Slim or regular) to me if we are tradeing an equal number of CDs. Instead, fold two CDs in a piece of paper! It is cheaper to send and since we are both going to have the same number of CDs, our cases won't be broken!!!

Also, if you see a CD in the CD store that you want to trade for I will do that. "Cheap CDs" trade for 2 CDrs and the normal ones range from 3-4.

Requesting Titles
CDRs- $5 for the first one, $1 thereafter.
CDRs come in slipsleeves or slim cases. No CD covers availble at this time.

VHS- $5
VHS comes in the orignal case, no clam shell or spiffy labels. I use TDK Premium Quality HS VHS tapes in SP mode. Other types of tapes may be requested however the price may be slightly higher. I can buy TDK for $2 each so if the tapes you want cost more then that, the price may be higher... Email me the below information or fill out the form.
