Yongkie’s Famous Bread Pudding



 

 

·        Milk (homogenized)  - 3 cups

·        Sugar – 2/3 cup

·        Salt – pinch

·        Eggs – 3

·        Vanilla – 1 teaspoon

·        White bread – 3 slices

·        Coconut flakes

·        Raisin

·        Cinnamon

 

 

Boil milk, sugar and salt. Set aside and let cool. Beat eggs with vanilla, pour into Pyrex ® baking pan, add cooling milk mixture, then stir, add white bread pieces, coconut flakes and raisin, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

 

Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
