Poem
Hand over the saber from left hand to right hand in seven star form and riding the tiger posture.
Soaring up, drawing apart, shunning and expanding with high spirits.
Glancing leftward and rightward to split the saber.
Pushing outward and reversing inward the palms as the white crane spreads its wings.
The lotus hidden among the leaves as the wind blows.
Move in eight directions like a fair girl working a shuttle.
Three stars open & close at their own will.
Jumping up vigorously as to hit the tiger.
Spreading and slanting of the saber as the walking of a Mandarin duck.
Whipping the saber like pulling a boat along the current.
Sway the saber freely in three harmonies.
Split the water to the left and right with a jump. The fish jumps over the dragon gate.
The Phoenix carries a stone quickly to return to its nest.
