				Workshop Wrap-Up: With so much violence now involving children, how do we make sure our Youth are safe?  When they are at school, at play, or out with friends, there will come times when they are tested.  To make sure our children know ways to cope with anger and conflict, Sis. Syreeta led us through the concepts of conflict resolution. Staff members participated in several improptu skits that demonstrated to the children the different ways situations can be handled -- through violence or through peaceful conversation.  They were also shown how hearsay and gossip can blow situations out of proportion.  The children also discussed different techniques for diffusing an angry situation.  Our children will definitely be more peaceful and thoughtful people because of this workshop.
