1) Close Netscape

2) Open C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users

3) Open the profile folder that is having the problem

4) Delete the Cache folder, cookies.txt, and netscape.hst

5) Close the window and restart Netscape

1) Close Netscape

2) Click on Start - Find (or Search) - Files or Folders

3) On Named type *.snm (make sure that you are looking in a directory that contains you Netscape profiles)

4) Click Find Now and delete all the files that are found.

5) Close the window and restart Netscape (log into the profile with the issue)

6) Open Messenger and see if the problem is resolved
