profile data

1) Delete *.snm files
2) copy the mail folder, bookmark.htm, and pab.na2 from the old profile to the desktop
3) Create the new profile
4) Copy the mail folder, bookmark.htm, and the address book from the desktop into the new profile folder
5) Restart Netscape
