We have decided to postpone our drill in Shrewsbury. A new date will be announced

York County REACT will be conducting a NationalSOS drill in Sweeney Park in Shrewsbury Borough. The public is welcome to stop by and see us.

We invite the public to contact us on the following channels or frequencies. You must be licensed for those services that require a license.

Amateur -- 146.700MHz repeater, PL -= 123.0Hz

GMRS -- 462.675MHz, PL=141.3Hz

GMRS/FRS -- channel 3, no tone (462.6125MHz)

FRS -- channel 11, no tone (467.6375MHz)

MURS -- channel 2, no tone (151.880MHz)

CB -- channel 30 (27.305MHz)

Your County REACT was at the Dallastown EMA Emeregcny Preparedness Day. The event started at 9AM with the arrival of the STAT MedEvac from Thomasville, COOL! We joined with YARS member Jack N3BQB. Jack deployed his battery powered "go kit" HAM setup and REACT setup our 20 foot mast and GMRS station.The attendance was not great after it rained the whole previous day but those who came out got some good information. We enjoyed rubbing shoulders with the other exhibitors.
