| I am a financially secure 41-year-old happily married professional and family man with children. I am 5' 8" tall with broad shoulders and a very solid, average to athletic, build. I have close-cut hair are clean shaven and have blue eyes. My wife is a professional too and a wonderful wife companion and mother. We have a very open and honest relationship together. I am an intelligent, no nonsense type of guy that is quick with a smile and wit. I am somewhat shy by nature but have no problems taking center stage infront of large groups fo people, as I must do in my profession. When inclined to do so, I can redirect a somewhat stoic group of people into various degrees of laughter in a very short time. While I always prefer the feeling of a smile and a laugh, I can easily shift to a serious and empathetic dispostiion when needed. I am a very good listener with above average level of awareness and intutitiveness. When asked, I can help other's "clear the fog" surrounding their problems and concerns and reorganize the pieces of their puzzle to they have a more clear picture before them. People tell me that I usually put others before myself. If this is true it is not because I possess any inhearently special qualities, but because my needs are quite basic in nature and easy to fulfill. To me, most things have little real significance in "the big picture" so if another has a particular predispostion I am usually happy to accommodate them. On the other hand, if someone is trying to take advantage of me I have no problems effectively and assertively dealing with these "leeches" in a manner that allows them to stop their undesirable tendencies or to go away entirely. My strong character and clear sense of "self" allows me to easily follow others when they want to lead, and yet confidently and successfully "take-charge" when that is more appropriate. I am quite comfortable with myself and my ability to handle things adequately as they come up, and yet are always looking for ways to improve myself too. I am very caring and passionate to those that are closest to me. A long evening of affectionate snuggling, petting, and soft kisses is always a wonderful change of pace from my busy schedule. This is only surpassed by the unrestrained love and attention shared during intimacy as companions slowly and patiently satisfy each other's individual and collective wishes and desires. |

| My schedule is always very full but usually flexible enough that I can do the things that I really want. I have a very eclictic list of hobbies and interests, both professionally and personally. I don't feel comfortable listing professional interests in this type of forum, but some of my personal interests are as follows; most types of music including, but not limited to, classic rock, jazz, classical, oldies, big-band, blues, and traditional Native American drumming are probably my favorites; doing anything out-of-doors all year round (mountains/beach, etc.), dancing (ballroom, club, latin, tango, etc. - but I'm just a beginner); studying and researching professional interests; writing; and of course spending time with my "family." I am one who never really takes time to relax for most of these activities are enjoyable because I want to become better accomplished with them, or because there is so much more to learn about it. While I don't identify myself with many terms that others do (Sci-fi, Pagan, Shamanism, SCA, etc.) I do have many interests and have studied many different things so I'm quite comfortable being amoung almost any type of group at all. Personally, I just don't identify myself with any particular groups. Perhaps because I have so many interests and hobbies it would just take up too much space. :-) |
