WHAT'S STEALING BANDWIDTH? GO TO (HERE)

This award is for pages that make us think. It can be about any subject (even though I hunt, animal rights sites qualify). I only ask that you abide by my above rules. Making us think about your point of view should not involve a dissertation on hate! I have seen web sights that have affected my death penalty position. I have seen sights that brought a tear to my eye because of how certain individuals deal with personal loss. If you have an open mind and it's reflected on your sight you're a winner!

Basically this award is for pages that demonstrate that they are in the top 10% of the personal homepages out on the internet. It will be given to pages dedicated to a theme (or themes.) The page will be easy on the eye and the browser. It will have no typographical errors or bad links. Is informative and designed in a manner that allows for "good flow" while browsing the page. Pages of just links need not apply.
