Mount Amuyao, Mountain and Ifugao ProvincesPhotos by Rachel Borje (email@example.com)
I took B.S. Forestry in Benguet State University (BSU) and had my practicum in the Mt. Province. A faculty member in BSU was taking her M.S. at U.P. Los Baños and had her thesis in Mt. Amuyao, she hired us as her assistants.
We spent a week at Mt. Amuyao near the town of Barlig. It may not be the highest peak in Luzon but according to my friends who had a chance to go to Mt. Pulog and Amuyao, it's as challenging (and maybe even more) as Mt. Pulog.
Most of the pictures focus on the ecosystems found there although there are a few of our adventurous mischief.
Amuyao is really fascinating and I hope you'll have a chance to enjoy it just like Pulog.
