Mr.
White has 16 years of experience in healthcare, ten of which have been in
healthcare analytics. Mr. White holds a
Masters in Business Administration in Health Administration and Masters of
Science in Health Care Financial Management from Temple University. In addition, he has an undergraduate degree
in Business Administration from the University of Delaware with concentrations
in Finance, Management, and Management Information & Decision Support
Systems. His areas of interest include provider-based medical management,
database design and datawarehousing, decision support systems, statistics, and
customer satisfaction evaluation & measurement.
Mr.
White has extensive experience in the development of systems for measurement
and management of clinical and financial performance to facilitate the
provision of high-quality, cost-efficient healthcare delivery services. These efforts often focus on improving
provider performance. Mr. White’s
primary responsibilities include operational design and management of
performance evaluation and modeling systems in clinical, operational and
financial areas. These projects have
included the construction of provider profiling systems, the development and
support of customized data collection solutions, and the production and
management of customer satisfaction surveys.
Mr.
White’s most current work focuses on delivering action-oriented, timely
information to management decision makers in healthcare organizations. Pursuant to this goal, he has extensive
experience in datawarehousing, interactive on-line analytical processing (OLAP)
tools, and business intelligence portal implementation and development.
Mr.
White has also been actively involved in strategic decision making initiatives
related to information systems strategic planning, executive education
initiatives, and medical error reduction.
His continuing professional education includes formal training on
database design methods, benchmarking in healthcare, healthcare informatics and
quality leadership in a continuous quality improvement setting.
