Canon D60 Digital camera
Lenses: Canon 400mm L, Canon 70-300mm I S, Canon 17_85mm I S, Sigma 180 Macro
Unipod: I find that the Unipod is more flexible than the Tripod while photographing
Birds. I can pick up and move quickly using a Unipod instead of having to set
up the Tripod legs each time I find a bird or other wildlife subject. My Unipod
has a quick release head for removing the camera quickly.
A tripod is one of the
most useful tools that a Photographer can use. My choice is the Bogen with a
Ball head so that it is easier to move the camera body while being placed on
the tripod. Another useful tool is having a quick release attached to the Ball
head of the tripod. This allows me to disconnect the camera and lens quickly
in case that I have to either change lens or camera bodies.
Another useful tool is wearing a Photographers vest. This allows me to carry
only the items that I may need for my Photo shoot. I can carry several lens,
film and accessories and easily retrieve them from my pockets instead of bending
down and unpacking the camera bag.
