Taramasalata

1 10 to 12-oz. jar Tarama (fish roe)

5 cloves garlic

juice of 3 lemons

1 loaf of white bread

1 3/4 c. olive oil

1 3/4 c. vegetable oil

water
Soak bread in water--squeeze out.
In food processor, mix all ingredients till smooth.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
