If you recently attempted to join Stonewall Climbers without success, see the list below for causes:
June 2003
Starting in June 2003, mail returned as undeliverable because a user or mailbox doesn't exist will cause the application to be denied. Your name will not appear here. Applicants whose mail is undeliverable because an email account is over quota will be held for 30 days. If, after 30 days the problem isn't corrected, the membership application will be denied. Your name will be deleted from this page.
Also beginning in June 2003, all prospective members are required to respond with a brief description of their climbing experience and interests. If you have no climbing experience, you will not be excluded for this reason, but you must respond, tell us that you are inexperienced, and give your reasons for joining.

NB: Climbers sometimes take VERY LONG trips. We've extended the length of time that you can bounce mail to 90 days for this reason. All members who bounce mail for more than 90 days may be removed from Stonewall Climbers membership without further notice. If you plan to take a VERY LONG trip, and don't want to be accidentally terminated for bouncing mail, just let us know when you expect to return and we'll make allowances. (And we'll even post your trip report!)
