1. From South Lake Tahoe take RT 89 North thru Tahoe City to Truckee. 2. At Truckee, turn left (west) on I-80. 3. Follow I-80 over Donner Summit past Kingvale to Jct. SR 20. 4. Turn right (west) on SR20. Follow it through Nevada City and Grass Valley. At the west end of Grass Valley SR 20 turns right to Marysville. 5. Continue on SR20, crossing the Yuba River, up a hill and thru some woodland. As you come out on the ?flat lands? you will see a grain storage silo off in the distance. As you get close to the storage area, keep an eye out to the right for Woodruff Lane. 6. Turn Right on Woodruff Lane. Follow it past the grain silos and turn right at the ?T?. The road goes about ½ mile and makes a sharp turn to the left. Continue on Woodruff Lane (Slow down when crossing the RR tracks, it is bumpy). About a mile past the RR tracks turn right on RT 70. If you miss the Woodruff Lane turnoff, continue on RT 20 and turn RT on Hwy 70 in Maryville. 7. Follow Rt 70 north about 30 miles into Oroville. In Oroville get off at the Oro Dam Exit. 8. Turn Left (west) on Oro Dam Blvd for about 2 miles. ( Note, as you cross the Feather River you will see McGraths Bait Shop on the left. A good place to pick up fishing supplies) 9. At the Airport turn left (south) on Larkin Rd. 10. About 5.5 miles south on Larkin Rd turn left on Vance Ave. After you pass the open area around the Afterbay you will pass thru an ?Orchard area?. Vance Ave will be the first road to the left. 11. Follow Vance Ave for about ½ mile and it turns into a bumpy dirt road. Slow down and follow Vance Ave to the ?T?. Turn left and follow the road to the end. 12. At the end of the road the main parking area is on the right. Straight ahead is another large open field parking area. Turn left and go about 20 yards and you will see a large open area to the left. This is the ?camping area?. 13. If you are coming from the south, or the Bay Area take I5 North out of Sacramento. Just before the airport turn North on 99 and follow it through Gridley. A few miles North of Gridley turn right on Hamilton. About a mile East of 99 turn right on Larkin and follow it down to Vance. 14. Coming from the North, follow 99 south through Chico to Hamilton Rd and follow the directions above. 15.
