Pensacola, University of West Florida

Terrain:  Mostly singletrack that can be technical at times.  No hunting, but there is some sandy splotches scattered in the approximately 20 miles of trail.

To Get There: Take I-10 to Pensacola and head North on Davis Highway (SR 291).  You should follow the signs to the University of West Florida.  So from Davis Highway you'll turn left on University Parkway.  Once on campus take a left on Campus Drive.  Turn left into the parking lot with the water tower in the middle of it.  The trailhead is on the West side of the parking lot, down the hill.

Lots of single-track and even a little bit of downhill in some places!  Some of that "downhill" should really be called "falling off a cliff!"  Good cross country and technical riding.  Some sand, but it's not too bad.  Trails are for all skill levels.  (Review partially by Bryan Cooke.)
