weight, moderate action. IMHO South Bend rods are real sleepers. They
cast and fish well and are inexpensive. There are a few things that
need attention on this rod. It is mising two guides on the mid
section (if you need, I can include two guides that will work), it has
a repair wrap on one tip about an inch long between the
tip top and first guide, and the wraps are dried and need an overcoat
of varnish. Comes with the original bag and fiber tube. Would make a
very nice rod to fish from a belly boat or boat. $100
