| One final cold swim and the just around the corner we arrive at a sport where the tourist track comes down and crosses the creek. This is our exit point and from here we can follow the track down and up the other side to the lookout over the Gross Valley but since we didn't leave a car there we head back up the other way, under the cliff line and along the top of the canyon. By now the tourists have arrived in force and it seems like we are stoping every ten meters to let people pass on the narrow track. As we reach the spot we left the track to absiel in we can here another group at the bottom heading down the canyon and just around the corner another group is preparing for the drop. And the crowds of site seers and canyoners get larger still as we make our way back up to the car. Yep the early start was a great idea. |
