İCraig Flynn	From the depths of the canyon we can hear the echos of the tourists on the track above and though they are almost right on top of us they seem to be a world away as we follow the twisting creek as it cascades down through the sandstone walls which rise some 30 meters above us. We then come to our next set of obstacles. A large boulder is wedged in the canyon close to the floor and right above another small drop. We squeeze down the small hole this boulder formes with the edge of the fall, getting pounded with freezing cold water as we do. Then theres a little slipperydip down into a deep pool.	İCraig Flynn
