Hi, I'm Mihai Botez and I work, as vice-president, for the
Regional Center for Ecological Survey of the ApuseniMountains.
The aim of this home page
is to provide general information about the Regional Center for Ecological Survey of the
Apuseni Mountains (RCES), a Romanian environmental NGO.
The main goals of RCES are to gain the official status of National Park
for the northwestern part of the Apuseni Mountains and to develop the infrastructures for the
management of the protected areas, linking environmental protection with improvements in
economic well-being and social welfare.
