The battle begins, and Monty Mole burrows into the ground immediately. Raphael, being rather limited in flight, tromps towards the rodent's hole, hoping to reach in with his beak and pluck the troublemaker out. Before he can get there, however, Raphael is tripped up as Monty Mole bursts through the ground beneath him. The bird tumbles face-first onto the ground, dazed, and--before he can recover, Monty Mole dives onto him with a mighty leap and slams him hard with his little rodent skull. Raphael Raven goes down for the count.
