The two fighters circle...the Cataquack, obviously the swifter of the two, dares to bounce itself about as it steps lightly, while the Piranha Plant, unable to move nearly as well, snaps menacingly, as a warning for its opponent to beware. The battle begins with the Cataquack, lunging in with its sizeable bill, hoping to swat aside the toothy plant, but the Piranha strikes quickly with accuracy and strength. Its fangs smash down on the Cataquack, and the creature is rendered helpless as the Piranha Plant grips tight, then hoists it into the air with ease. Then, with the power of a pile driver, the plant-like monster hurls its enemy into the dust again and again, smashing its prey like a rag doll against the hard, dusty turf until the Cataquack drops from the Piranha Plant's mouth, a lifeless form laying in the dirt, incapable of carrying on the fight.
