| The Following Terms and Conditions MUST be read by ALL traders and followed closely... |
1. All members of Young Traders must submit a registration form, the details in which MUST be valid and true to the member at the present time (time of form submission.) 2. Young Traders members ONLY are entitled to apply for his/her own Young Traders Hot Point. 3. All traders must realise that 10% of all money which changes hands during trading will be subtracted by the YTG as a trading fare. (more details on the trade page) 4. All money which is sent to purchase any item from any Etrade show on this site will be sent to the YTG before it is sent to the seller. The YTG will inform the seller that his/her money has been recieved at which point the seller will feel happy to send his/her item/s to the buyer. 5. Once the YTG are notified that the buyer has recieved the item/s that he required to trade, the YTG will, without fail, send the money to the seller. Failure to do this will result in the YTG paying 10% of the money involved in the trade and will not subtract 10% trading fare. 6. Young Traders takes no resposibility for any stolen or illegal goods being traded. It also takes no responsibility for any trades which have not been allowed by the traders parents, this is between traders. 7. The YTG only acts as a half way house to ensure that ALL trades are conducted fairly and quickly. The 10% that the YTG subtracts from the trading money will go towards postage of the money to the seller and the remainder will got to improving this site. 8. Traders note that the money earnt by the YTG is minimal in comparison to all other online trading sites. It is also subtracted in a way which requires no sending of money by the traders, just an understanding by both traders that the YTG will be subtracting 10%. 9. The YTG will send all traders an invoice with their money or item which will show how much the YTG subtracted as a trading fare and how much money the seller will subsequently recieve. 10. All traders must allow two day processing periods in between any communications with the YTG. These two day periods are so the YTG can process your trade/ details and reply to your Email, mail, or SMS message, depending on which you used to contact Young Traders. 11. The YTG take absolutely NO resposibility for ANY young traders who fail to read these terms and conditions and subsequently have a complaint. The YTG will decline to acknowledge ANY complaint unless it has been made by a trader who has read and understood these terms and conditions. Any complaints recieved by the YTG, which contradict these terms and conditions will be returned to the sender with a message asking for him/her to quote the term or condition which has been ignored by the trader being complained about or ignored by the YTG. 12. The YTG takes no responsibility for any pictures of any goods submitted by a trader, which is a misrepresentation of the true item. Contrary to this, the YTG agrees that any trader who has submitted a photograph which does not portray the item in question realistically (in the YTG's oppinion), will be banned from trading at Young Traders. |
