NAAFA's new teen and young adult SIG
Young Nation is NAAFA's new teen and young adult SIG. Ideally, the two will be separate groups but at the moment they are together for the sake of simplicity. The official age group is 14-29 but don't worry, no one will be checking your ID
How do I join?
There are no official requirements for membership, other than membership to NAAFA. Special rates can be negotiated If you are interested in joining and have any questions, feel free to email me.
What are the benefits of membership?
Unfortunately I can't offer you any fancy hotel discounts of gift baskets, but I can offer you a place to meet fun new people and the opportunity to be involved in something new and exciting.
What can I do to help?
WRITE to me!! I'm looking for written submissions of all kinds for the newsletter. I want it to be largely submission based so it can be a product of the group. Write to me about what its like to be young and fat in today's society. Write to me about the latest book, cd or movie. Write to me about what you had for lunch. Just write to me.
