After much consultation, more shops that need to be given mythical status.........

Ah they come flooding back to me now, late night specials....

Londis, Spar (So near so spar) and Co-op! All pretty much of a muchness, but each responsible for their own version of a white sliced loaf, struggling for air against the giants (see Tescos of course!). But give credit to their battling spirit, watch out for a new page on all of these and some of their products.

Ah Woolies, still as tacky as ever but get credit for the first shop with a pic n' mix!!!

Another quality retailer, this time more in the provinces. The mainstream version of farm foods , it makes life just that little more bearable!

I feel i have saved the best until last. Nothing quite matches the sheer class of happy shopper. Unfortunatly they have changed their packaging to make it look like Asda own brand, but on this page you can see a rare example of the original happy shopper orange logo. These are very few and far between and i would like readers of this site to go round and take pictures of happy shoppers wherever you can find them. They are a dying breed and its our responsibility as a nation to not let this institution (of your mums) die out. Im going out with my camera now. I bloody hope i find one!!!!!
