The Geek in Me

I use Debian. You should too. I have found it gratifying also to build your own distro from source. Not as tough as it sounds. when I'm online, I can be found here, blending in to the general population by talking confidently about things I don't know anything at all about. I'm also here sometimes, though I fear that our fledgling LUG is turning into a preview of the Hell we'll be in if linux ever makes it to the desktop used by Joe Sixpack. *shudder*

Honestly, why am I dishing these links out? If you don't already know them, you won't have any use for them. Die, linux advocacy, die! On with the [SHOW|CIRCUS]

Who, me, news addict? Unfortunately the rumors are true. I have been known to risk life and limb to feed my information habit. I haven't fed it children yet, but there's always a first time. Other places take a more lighthearted approach to reporting; good for nerve relief.

This is the part where I pretend to have friends. No seriously, there's Alaa's place - another geocities refugee. Uniball also has a page up, written in 100% pure GTK. It's not about ball-point pens either, though you might wish it was.

OK, this sucks. I'll try to suss out a few LPC-alumnus homepages to stick in here, and maybe Riff-raff, Guigo and Titboy can be talked into wrangling with some HTML.

UPDATE: Guillaume has gotten himself a website! Will it ever be safe online again?
