August 13, 2007 Well, I was checking other adoption agencies and ran across Christian World Adoption agency and found that they also work with Kyrgyzstan adoption. So, I did some research on that and found out that they allow singles ages 30 - 45 and I meet that criteria. Another thing is you can adopt a child ranging from 3 months old and up. I am hoping I can adopt a child that is 3 months old. I also would love to make my birthday (Jan. 11) be my goal for starting the adoption process. I am hoping to have finished school, have more hours at work, and to have had a raise by then. It is just sooooo exciting to think that in 5 months from now, I could be in the process. Please continue to pray for me as I seek God's will in everything! August 24, 2007 I found this picture of Kyrgyzstan kids. I thought they were so cute. I can't wait to have a little one just like that. If you would like to read some about this country you can go to the site listed below. They are having their Independence Day on Aug. 31. They became independent in 1991. The 2 main religions of the Kyrgyz is Islam and Russian Orthodox, which is very sad. This makes me even more want to adopt a baby from there. I would love to know that God used me to adopt a child from there and that is how she met God. Can you imagine if one day God takes her and sends her to be a missionary to her own people. How amazing would that be. But, whatever she does, I pray it will be God's will. I pray that God will also bless her in so many ways. I have not even met her or started the process yet, but I love her so much and want the best for her. That is why I believe that it is God's will for me to adopt. I know that He would never give me such a desire as I have. This has been a long road, but there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel! Please continue to pray. I also, know that if it is God's will then, I have nothing to fear when it comes to the finances of this adoption. The cost is $30,000 and with God ALL things are POSSIBLE!!!
