As I comtemplated
on a short testimony about my life and teens, I know that coming to the
Church
of the Nazarene in Trenton, NS was not by chance. I would pass by it's
doors everyday for 13 years to go to school and often wondered who attended
there and what were they all about?
I know now that those people
in this small community were praying for me and my family for years prior
to my salvation. It took the death of my closest friend, my "mom" to realize
that I needed a Savior not only to help me out through that time but a
Savior, JESUS CHRIST that I can lean on everyday for the rest of my life.
JESUS has never failed to do just that!!
From that time, 25 years ago
to now, I have felt that working with teen-
agers is exactly where He
could and would use me. Even after all this time, I am still convinced
that I am right in the centre of His will!
Over the years, I have seen
many teens come and go. Many are serving JESUS today and many yet to make
that choice.
In closing, I believe the answer
to working with this age group is loving them unconditionally, following
CHRIST'S example on a daily basis and being in total submission to HIS
Will and Way.
HE is still the answer to my

in the her right side of her face and shoulder. Pray that the Lord will
bring this into remission!
