Departure scene (Tuesday) (day 3)
Theft.
Gideon is walking down the street as usual. Today is Tuesday. The weather isn't as pleasant as Monday's. It's overcast but Gideon seems quite content with the weather anyway. He's walking towards a house up on a hill with its mail box at the end of a long winding driveway. A black sport utility vehicle is coming up behind him. There is a woman at the wheel and another figure in shadow next to her
In the passenger seat.
Gideon is approaching the house. The black SUV drives in front of him and pulls up next to the driveway (in front of it from Gideon's point of view.
The woman in the driver's seat gets out of the SUV. Gideon can hear the thing in the passenger seat whispering or something…
Meanwhile, the woman from the driver's seat is eyeing Gideon while approaching the mailbox at the end of the driveway. She reaches in, removes the post and returns to her car.
The thing in the passenger seat had constantly being saying something that Gideon could just barely not hear over and over again.
When the woman gets in the SUV, the pull away.
Gideon had stopped walking when he saw what the woman was doing and after their departure, remained in the place where he had stopped, mystified. After a few moments, he continues on his way.
