Amatsu update announcement


Attention iRO Users,

We are pleased to announce that we are planning to implement the Amatsu Update, the first part of the Ragnarok Online Global Project, on the iRO Sakray server on August 31, 2004. With this update, players will be treated to the new town of Amatsu, the tranquil coastal village adorned with year round cherry blossoms. Also following the theme of ancient Japan, the Amatsu Update will also bring the challenge of three new dungeons inhabited by fearsome monsters inspired by Japanese folklore.

Before the implementation of Amatsu, we suggest that users download and install the Amatsu patch that is available in the Download section of the iRO official website. Both the main iRO client and iRO Sakray clients available from the Game Download page isalso updated, and already include the Amatsu patch. We hope that our users look forward to exploring the serene, yet mysterious, island of Amatsu.

Hello, it is a ragnarok on-line management team. It is guidance to the URUDO server execution file separation only for PK(s). Although it was able to connect with existing by YOTONHEIMU after execution and the URUDO server only for PK(s) was able to perform this server client to it, after receiving a patch after 1:00 p.m. on August 5, a URUDO server has to dissociate in independent and has to perform an execution file independently. the matter of relevance -- a URUDO server's future -- since it was managed by patch advance in independent, it came to opt for separation of a client unavoidable -- it carries out and, seemingly a patch is a server shortly -- since a patch is carried out nothing, if it refers to use, I appreciate Since it will be automatic and will become a patch if re-connection is henceforth made regardless of a patch here and there which has already been connected, although game advance is possible before becoming a patch, please connect a URUDO server as follows. After a patching for URUDO server connection method :

4. Move to ro folder
5. Double click the Ragnarok_AD.exe file and when execution (it makes a shortening icon in the character screen and finally the side, the connection is possible.)

Dear users,

Hello, this is the iRO GM Team. At 11:59 PM August 5 (PST), all the game servers will be shut down for a temporary maintenance related to the iRO account transfer to the euRO server. We expect the maintenance will be completed around 1:00 AM August 6 (PST).

After the maintenance, all the eligiable accounts for the transfer will be permanently blocked from iRO servers and will not be released in the future. (Compensation for the playing time during the transfer process from August 6 to August 17 will be given to the account owners by euRO after the transfer process is completed.)

Please be aware that your account will be transferred in the exact state that it is in at the time of server shutdown. Any inappropriate actions such as dropping/distributing items before the server maintenance will result in those items/equipment/zeny not being available to your character after the transfer is completed.

PayPal Payment Service is back in Business!!

We are pleased to announce that the PayPal Payment Service should be available from our Payment website at approximately 12:00 AM PST on August 4, 2004. We have just finished setting up all the requirements and system configurations in order to be in compliance with PayPal¡¯s new terms of services.

As previously announced, PayPal recently made a change in their terms of service which describes that they will no longer allowing a merchant aggregator, such as PayByCash, to operate on behalf of a merchant, Gravity Interactive LLC. Thus, PayPal will no longer be handled by PayByCash, but Gravity Interactive will be handling the transactions directly from now on.

For customer appreciation, we have also decided to lower the subscription fees for PayPal payments. Please enjoy our new lowered game subscription fees thru PayPal!!
