MOVIE COLLECTABLES

Movie collectables can be anything relating to movies - from original movie scripts to cinema tickets.

MOVIE POSTERS
One of the main movie collectables is movie posters. Most movies released will have a poster released too. They are sometimes the same design as their video cover. Sometimes there can be more than one poster design (below).

There can also be movie posters that have details of the cinema release, and another for the video release. Sometimes for just one movie there could be 30 official movie posters all over the world.

PRESS KITS
Press kits are released by a movie's studio. They are often a full colour folder with a collection of photos and slides of the movie and a booklet detailing the movie's production details. Press kits are given to key media outlets in a bid to get better promotion for movies. These can become highly sort after, and in turn hard to get.

MOVIE SCRIPTS
Movie scripts are another highly sort after movie collectable. Most are around 100-200 pages in length and can be a script that was later revised, so you could know what the movie was going to show before it got edited or re-written.

OTHER
You can also find movie props and costumes, magazines featuring articles on movies, movie soundtracks and of course videos, VCDs and DVDs. Just about anything if you put the time into it.
