The beach was deserted (as you would expect given the time of year) so it was easy for the band to spot their intended destination.  There was a newly built stage on the beach.  Above it were the words "Stew's Punch & Judy Show".  "It's all just a wind-up, isn't it?" Wayne complained.  "We should just all go home and stop wasting our time."
But with that the curtains burst open to reveal Ronald from neighbouring CGC band dressed up as Mr Punch followed by the even more bizarre sight of Andrew from BMX band in drag as Judy.  The show had the band in stitches and at the end, they were presented with another letter and a set of keys.  "I hope you enjoyed the cabaret," Charlie read.  "Please rest assured that this week has been arranged for your benefit.  I look forward to seeing you back here at 3pm for your first concert which has been promoted extensively throughout the town.  I enclose a map that will guide you to your accommodation."
Cheered up by the spectacle that Ronald and Andrew had made of themselves, the band headed off to discover that they were expected to stay in a poky static caravan at the top of a large hill.  "Right, that does it", Carole said.  "There's no way I'm staying cooped up in here with you lot!"
"There are only two bunk beds!" Alex declared after a quick inspection.
"There's only a couple of hours until the concert," Florence replied.  "Why don't we hang around to see how that goes and if we want to we can arrange to go home afterwards."
They agreed and at 2:15 set off for the beach once more.
