Regular exercise is an important part of maintaining good hearth.
I try to push myself continue to jog slowly 5 or 6 miles a time & twise a week .
The first 1 & 2 miles when your body not heat up yet, it's the time most people want to give up . The 3 $ 4 miles  ,Ifeel sweat & my body warm up .The last two mile ,I alway feel my body burning the fat.
As the doctor said, harmful chamical  storage in the body fat.
