Card Restrictions

The tournament restriction for cards will be based upon the card restrictions decided by UpperDeck and as follows:

    -Cards not yet out in English will not be permitted.

    -Japanese and Asian English will be permitted ONLY if the card has been released in English by UpperDeck and you have an ACCURATE translation of the card. The card must also have been mass-produced for the public. (Determination will be made by the judges and tournament hosts)

ALL RULES ARE SUCEPTIBLE TO CHANGE. ALL DUELISTS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF ANY CHANGE IN RULES AND/OR RULINGS.
