Locations, Dates, and Times

NOTE TO ALL PARTICIPANTS:

Due to the shifting location of the tournament hosting area, it is recommended that parents:

1. Assist your child or children in finding the area where the tournament is being hosted. Notification of a tournament date being cancelled will be alerted to all participants by e-mail. We urge parents to:

3. Accompany your children to the tournament site in case the tournament has been cancelled and you did not receive or check the e-mail in time. CPYT's hosts and judges will not be held responsible for any consequences due to lack of parental assisstance and guidance. In short, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE YOUR CHILDREN MAKE IT SAFELY TO AND FROM THE TOURNAMENT GROUNDS.

Location: There are various options for areas to host the tournament. A few options will be:

Picnic Tables:

Fire Pit: The area towards the northeast side of the park. The fire pit is before the picnic tables. The easiest route is to enter through the north entrance and head east.

Baseball Concrete Bleachers: The area towards the northeast side of the park. The baseball concrete bleachers will come before the fire pit. You can locate them by finding the baseball "dome" fence that is very close to them. The easiest route is to enter through the north entrance and head east.

Dates: have yet to be determined/will be one day of each month

NOTE: Tournament dates are decided by the tournament hosts. If a tournament date is cancelled, the tournament hosts will alert everyone before the tournament to the best of their abilities.

Times: 1:30 - 4:00 PM

Note to all tournament participants: Please bring anything you'll need before you leave for the tournament. (example: lunch, money, cell phone, etc.)
