- Embryo Cell
As Dr Gero was unable to see the completion of his super andriod Cell, he left the 'embryo' of Cell in its inqubation tank for the computer to finish. After 3 years of work Cell is to large for his tank and breaks free into the world.
- Larval Cell
Now free and about the size of a small car Cell drags him self to a suitable spot and burrows underground to pupate. Cell is still very weak in this form and must undergo a metamorphasis before he can begin his quest of absorbing the Andriods 17 and 18.
- Cell Form 1
Also known as 'imperfect', Cell needs to find some bio extract in order to raise his power level to that of the Andriods. He reacks havock on the earth absorbing millions of people by literly sucking them up through his tail. In an intresting battle with piccolo (who had just fused with Kami) Cell is almost destroyed but through clever use of a solar flare escapes. Cell realises if he is no match for the andriods and go's in serch of more humans to absorb.
- Cell Form 2
After absorbing another few thousand people Cell closes in on the location Piccolo is fighting Andriod 17. Now stronger Cell tosses an already exhasted Piccolo into the sea and dispite a valiant effort by the superior Andriod 16, manages to sneak up on 17 and absorb him. Cell powers up in to a much leaner more musclar form. His face takes on some more recognisable human features and he gains a huge boost in power /speed. Andriod 18's fate looks to be sealed but a brave Tien steps in to the battle field and holds Cell at bay (almost at the cost of his life) while 18 and a badly damaged 16 escape.
- Perfect Cell
Cell is looking all but beaten in a landslide battle against Vegeta, butwhen Vegeta's Saiyan pride gets the best of him and he allows Cell to go after Andriod 18 Trunks steps in to the fray. Once again with a clever use of a solar flare Cell absorbs 18. A huge energy serge that stretchs the globe marks Cell trasformation into perfection. Vegeta and Trunks
are now no match for perfect Cell's new power. Cells tail has shrunk down to a stump as he now no longer needs it. After a gruling battle with USSJ Trunks Cell comes out the clear victor. But instead of killing Trunks he annouces a tounament in 10 days..."The Cell Games"
- Ultra Perfect Cell
This is not really a new form in its self but still warents and explaination. After Cell's dramatic self destrusion he regenerates from a single brain cell. Cell is now back in his Perfect form (Gohan knocked 18 out of him bringing his back to form 2) and has recieved a huge boost in power due to his Saiyan cells (Saiyans get stronger after they heal). In an amazing KameHameHa duel with an injured Gohan Cell is finally fried by the new SSJ2.
- Cell Jr's
Basically little carbon copies of Cell, except smaller. The Cell Jr's are spawned by Cell to fight the on watching warriors (Goku, Trunks, Vegeta, Piccolo, etc) There were 7 Cell Jr's in total one for each warrior. They only have a fraction of the power of Perfect Cell but each give the Z warriors many problems. They are all eventually destroyed with ease by an enraged SSJ2 Gohan.
