Delta Goodrem may be winding down her work on the set of Neighbours for 2002, but the young singer/songwriter still has a number of commitments before the year is out. With 'Born To Try' having so far notched up sales in excess of 100,000 and claiming the #1 spot on the ARIA charts just three weeks after its release, its no wonder she is in high demand. Amid radio and press interviews, photo shoots and appearances at award ceremonies like the AFI's last week, Delta will continue work on her forthcoming debut album, which is slated for a March 2003 release.
Before the year is up, Delta will perform at Channel 10's Christmas In The Capital Special where she will sing three songs including her chart-topping hit. The special will go to air on December 21. She'll spend New Years in the UK where she will promote the release of 'Born To Try' to coincide with its debut on the UK's Neighbours on February 10.
