After debuting the single as Nina Tucker on Neighbours last month, Delta Goodrem's 'Born To Try' will hit stores on Monday, November 11.
Delta co-wrote the song with Selwyn's producer and co-writer Audius Mtawarira at her home in Sydney. The duo clicked instantly after meeting just a year ago. 'Audius and I got on really well and someone at the record company suggested we write together. He came out to our house, mum made some lunch and we wrote four songs. 'Born To Try' was the last one. We just
naturally clicked and there was no pressure so it was just music for music's sake.'
The 'Born To Try' CD features a Graham Stack remix of the single (who has also done remixes for Enrique Iglesias, Darren Hayes and Tina Arena) ,the original demo sung by Delta and song lyrics.
