on monday i had a model shooting.
during the last shot the model started to worry about if she can arrive wan chai on time, as she had to go to her agency.
afterall we overran and we thought that she was not going to make it by public transport.
finally i gave her $100, took her to the taxi. asked her to take the receipt, then send it back through the agency.
i don't think i can get the receipt, i helped her because i understand that how desperate it can be if you're working in a foreign place and not having much money.
friends around sometimes ask me: do you always meet a lot of beautiful models? see a lot of beautiful things? or what don't you try to get one as girlfriend?
i believe that life is fair, beautiful girls have a lot of privileges, sometimes their way of thinking and living are different, they don't need much efforts in life as normal girls do.
if you look at the way of living of those "excluded" people, you'll find that they're special, having their own way of living, which leads them to a happy and mentally balanced living, which "beautiful" people can never experienced.
i like beautiful girls, too. (very much indeed~) but i do think that the way to see the world is still the most beautiful element of a person.
about models? yea some of them are really nice, having beautiful faces and brilliant minds. however they're always occupied......
my brother and my mum.
my brother is a good brother, good son and good boyfriend, i really appreciate his sense of responsibility towards everything. sometimes he is so discipline that we all call him "chamberlain at home".
my mum is an interesting mother, who is very open-minded. when she came back from canada, where she lives with my elder sister and her family. i asked: "do you miss them?". she answered: "sure i do, but i miss you too when i was in canada. i don't have time to miss all of you, staying in either side can be good."
she'll never get bored, like to play ma-jong and watch the chinese play so much. she's so active that sometimes she has more friends gathering then all of us. she is a typical care-free lady, never saves a penny to sacrifice the quality of living. not being a big spender though, she likes to pick relatively cheap things with good quality. although we're not living at a high standard of living, my mum always find the way to be happy and never whines.
i'm just the opposite of my brother and got some genes from my mum.
this is a boring night.
when you're bored friends become more important then usual, but even i saw some friends on MSN, i don't wanna chat a lot with friends to fill my emptiness. it'll be even more boring if one has to discuss nonsense things.
i choosed to listen to the song of a favourite female singer, open my email inbox, and replied some emails which i didn't reply yet. when i was typing emails, i keep thinking of the person i am writing and remember what he/she wrote and how to response. when you're writing emails to friends that means those friends are rarely met or even not living in HK. when i'm writing to such a friend, my mind just fly away from daily life so i feel relaxing.
it's even more boring if there's nth to expect for tomorrow, coming days and weeks.
so just let it be a silent night and rest peacefully, have a nice dream then it'll be a brand new day*
last june, miss busy came back to hong kong for a short vacation, chitai was travelling in Hong kong for a business trip as well. luckily i could snatch several hours to be with them, having a relaxing dinner, and took some photos of them.
yndi halda is a new band fr UK, plays passionate music. yndi halda means "enjoy eternal bliss" in ancient iceland poems.
my good friend, siu mui, became a baptist last month. as usual, i was the photographer.... although i felt so tired, i think if i can bring a bliss to friends it's worth.
however, when they saw the photos, they may find that it's a curse rather then a bliss.
