saturday night i dined with my family at a hotel, having a dessert buffet.
i ordered a bottle of coca cola, it supposed to be perfect for dessert. unfortuantely the waiter violate 2 drinking rules of coca cola, which is pouring out cola straight to the bottom, but not sliding down along the cup. and there's ice inside the cup as well!!
he really commited a crime, i was so angry so i ate 5 pieces of cheese cake as a revenge.

i met her 3 hours before i took the trans-siberian, 5 hours before my 26th birthday, at the nepoleon hostel. i was sitting in the common room, preparing my bag for the long long train journey, she was chatting with friends and the hostel manager in the kitchen. suddenly she came to me, said " i studied chinese language in china" in mandarin, i couldn't understand at first because i didn't expect that she speaks mandarin! then she ask me, in english, if i speak chinese......
it's so interesting to chat with her, we talked about our trip in europe, her previous trip in china, and how she started to learn chinese. i planned to have a nice dinner before i leave moscow, but as i chatted too much so finally i ran downstairs to get a hamberger fr mcdonald instead. also the way to the train station is extremely tough for me, as i didn't have much time, i've to rush with my 80+ pounds luggage, and you have no idea how difficult to rush in the moscow metro complex.....
it's interesting that, if they didn't start the topic of chinese language in the kitchen, or if i left for my dinner a bit earlier, i wouldn't have met her.
i really miss that hostel and the good times there. hope the hostel will still be there when i visit moscow again
found an old photo, it's a birthday gathering before my trip last year, with colleagues at that time.
always heard of "good old times", are good times got to be old? or what we remember most are the happy moments?
i watched "28 weeks later" last night, which is impressive and the atmosphere of the movie is so overwhelming!
i always wonder, when there're zombies everywhere, can i just spread some blood near my mouth and act like a zombie so they won't attact me anymore? as they've lost their mind, it's easy to cheat them right? then i can hide in mcdonald and live for months may be......
bowling bowling, 2 bowling gathering last month, it's not a sport which i always do, i'm not good at it at all.
however i like to join, i like the atmosphere to gather in a circle, to see each other's performance, to make jokes of each other, as well.
it's a mystery that many ladies can hit a lot of "bottles" even they throw out the ball like a watermelon, rolling like a planet in the universe. it's hard to believe that it's not done by luck, until you witness how it happens......
last night i re-visited cowrice.com, a web site of my friend and his wife. they got married when they're still very young.
they have very comfortable daily life photos there. nothing exaggerating, nothing glamour.
and i was touched, deeply, especially when i looked at their photos in kyoto.
last time when we dined at their home, they said that they'd like to start a long travel as i did, but after marriage it's not easy.
i said i'd like to be like you two, staying in such a cozy place and sharing everyday ups and downs together.
some friends think that i like traveling more then anything. but it's just because i can't find something which is better then travel yet.

i watched 2 movies this week, ming ming and spider man 3.
what i can say for ming ming? if the actors speak mandarin in the film i think i'll understand how the director think a little bit more.
i think the reason to watch spider man 3 is, to find out where did the 2 billion HKD go. my guess is....... to play with the sand, isn't it?
forgive me, if you like one of this two, or both......
luckily the DVD of "FUR" was lanuched!! go buy it!! you should buy it especially if you've watched those two movies.
