the no.4 reactor, the odd ladder construction on the right (in the middle of this picture) is the sarcophagus, which was built on the damaged orginal structure of the reactor, the sarcophagus is in threat of collapes because of it's rough construction. it is highly radioactive inside the sarcopagus, where the accident happened. workers near the reactor work in shift, for less then 20 mins per day.
