Advise to the president. I think you need to shorten your speeches. I don't think there is a need to make a history with speeches. I also hope that you try to show your sense of values with your actions from now on. Try to take in as much information and wise knowledge with an open mind try and stop doing things with own perspectives and ask others for opinions.
